When do orders usually get shipped and how much is shipping?

    • Our shipping is calculated from item weight + location it's shipping to. We work directly with USPS so if you think pricing may be off please contact your local post office to verify pricing.
    • Orders take 1-7 business days to ship depending on buyers shipping choice at checkout.
    • PRE-ORDER items take 1-3 weeks to ship depending on stock.
    • ORDERS NEED AT LEAST 24 HOURS TO PROCESS FUNDS!!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • We accept exchanges for store credit ONLY. 
  • Send us an email at contactus@shop-demure.com to set up your exchange.
  • Make sure tags are intact with no signs of wear.
  • Must contact us for exchange within' 48 hours of parcel arrival.
  • YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER REVIEW OF ITEM RETURNED!
  • YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT UNTIL YOU HAVE MADE AN ACCOUNT!

What does "Vintage" mean?

Our "Vintage" section is filled with pre-loved/ pre-owned handpicked pieces.  We make sure that the item is in good shape before it is placed in our shop.  Be aware of our description of the item, it will include all details such as "missing button" or something along the lines of that.

  • Worn previously but still in fabulous condition.
  • ONE OF A KIND probably won't be back in our shop EVER so make sure to grab your favorite pieces.

OH NO! I put in the wrong address while checking out, what do I do??

Contact us IMMEDIATELY with your order # and your correct mailing address. In the title of the email please include something along the lines of "FIX ADDRESS."

Want to cancel your order?

  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

International shipping and customs details. Orders shipped outside of the U.S are subject to custom fees and/or other expenses related to importing products from the U.S into a different country.

  •  Shop.Demure will not be able to add these fees to your order before checkout nor will we be able to cover fees upon entry into country.  That being said, make sure to check with your local customs office about pricing before purchasing.
  • If your item is returned to us we will issue a refund for item but shipping fees are final and non-refundable.

  • IF ITEM IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY OF THE FEES OR COMMUNICATIONS. YOU MUST CONTACT THEM YOURSELF.
